Who owns CF Moto?
CF Moto was founded by Lai Guoqiang in 1989. By 2013, the company had expanded its operations to include the development of premium yachts. A commercial partnership with KTM began in 2011, which evolved into a joint venture in 2017. This collaboration, known as "KTMR2R", enabled the production and distribution of KTM motorcycles within China. As part of the partnership, CF Moto manufactures smaller KTM models at its facilities and is also responsible for producing KTM’s larger capacity engines.
